Area to be covered: South East

South London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West & East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands

Remuneration: £45,000 negotiable + £8,000 - £9,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes and gas protection products

* All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockist, hosuebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, contractors

* Will deal with architects and specifiers however a much smaller element

* Dealing with order values ranging from £5k -£100k depending on size and scope

* Inheriting a successful territory

* Will be required to conduct regular CPDs

* Will work closely with internal team and other members of the sales team

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems with:

* Must have construction field sales experience selling building products

* Sold to builder merchants

* Must have genuine desire to learn and expand your career

* Numerate and IT literate ideally degree level education

* Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals and an analytical approach
