Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for CNC Setter/ Operators to join a well-established Company in the Matlock area, to provide support for the site ensuring the smooth process flow and helping to keep the machines running. The CNC Setter/ Operator will be completing machine forgings and tooling to specified drawings across both manual and CNC machining centres.

Working Hours Summary

The standard working hours per week are 44. The role from time to time may require the working of longer hours and weekends.

The CNC Setter/ Operator:

Essential

Machining working under +/-.05mm.

CNC Milling/Turning Experience.

Understanding Fanuc CNC Controls.

Attention to detail.

Desirable for the CNC Setter/ Operator:

Apprentice Trained Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent.

Read and understand drawings. Experience with machining Forgings.

Manual Milling/Turning Experience.

Overhead Crane Training. Abrasive Wheel Training.

Experience with machine forgings.

Forklift license to RTITB/ITSSAR or any other national accredited qualification.

Overhead crane/lifting certification.

This position runs on a 3 weekly shift pattern rotation, days, nights and the final week a mix of the two (days and nights)
