Im recruiting for an Asset Management Associate Director to develop business plans for clients within the regulated infrastructure industries based upon sound asset management principles. Reporting to the Director of Asset Strategy you will be working with a variety of clients across regulated industries (Gas, Water, and Electricity) to produce Asset Management Plans for regulatory review. Youll be providing expert knowledge of asset management practice, technical and operational knowledge to both clients and colleagues.
As an Asset Management Associate Director your key responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with clients to build a structured approach to asset planning and investment which can provide regulatory assurance of best practice.
* Identify work opportunities and foster great client relationships, maximising additional/repeat/follow-on work from clients.
* Coordinate and provide leadership to other junior staff members to ensure that work is to an exemplary standard and adheres to core asset management objectives.
* Plan, implement and control activities, achieve objectives, follow the company procedures, and work instructions.
* Inspire and act as a role model to all staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, where the team, learn, develop, and drive increased business results.
* Diligently exercise and perform your duties as delegated to you in relation to the business of the company and use your best endeavours to promote the business interests of the company at all times.
We are seeking asset management professionals with the following skills and experience:
* Experience of managing infrastructure asset portfolios.
* Extensive demonstrable experience in the production or review/audit of regulatory business plans (PR14, PR19, RIIO-2).
* Degree in Engineering, Science or associated technical discipline.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other specialist computer packages (AutoCAD, Workspace, CRMs, etc).
* Membership of Institute of Asset Management or equivalent professional body would be beneficial, as well as a Diploma in Asset Management is highly desirable.
* Full UK driving licence as travel throughout the UK will be required.
