We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to work from our client's Livingston office, helping businesses enhance their payment processing solutions.

Job Summary:

As an inside sales representative, youll play a vital role in our sales team, connecting with businesses across the UK to offer them cutting-edge merchant accounts and card payment solutions for in-store, online and over-the-phone transactions. A sales drive and great communication skills will be essential in driving sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Initiate outbound sales calls on a B2B level.

* Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor your approach accordingly.

* Educate potential customers on the benefits of our products.

* Close sales deals by effectively addressing objections and negotiating terms.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

* Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

About you:

* Previous Telesales or sales experience.

* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.

* Knowledge of payment processing solutions or financial services is preferred however not mandatory as training can be provided.
