Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you an experienced salesperson with a flare for exceeding targets? An established, market leading independent Estate Agency requires a high calibre Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their flourishing team. Our clients concentrate on providing professional services with a fresh approach to friendly and efficient client care. With this in mind, the key to their success is undoubtedly the staff they employ.

Senior Lettings Negotiator - Duties:

* To assist Head of Lettings in running the department, especially in their absence

* Must be able to demonstrate experience in motivating a team of negotiators whilst still consistently achieving own deal targets

* Must be able to desktop value

* Must have 2 years+ lettings experience

* Updating available properties on a daily basis

* Qualifying tenant enquiries

* Booking and attending viewings

* Agreeing tenancy contracts

* Checking tenants in and out of properties

* Other associated lettings related duties

Senior Lettings Negotiator - Required Skills:

* An excellent communicator

* Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative

* Committed to meeting deadlines and targets

* Computer literate

* Ideally qualified in NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 or the equivalent

Senior Lettings Negotiator

* Basic salary £16,000 - £18,000 commensurate with experience

* Car Allowance

* On Target Earnings £27,500+
