You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Key objectives:

* Sales of residential properties

* Arranging and conducting property viewings

* Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Remuneration:

* £15,000 - £20,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience

* £22,000 - £28,000+ On Target Earnings
