Moving from Merseyside to Hull due to work relocation. We are a couple in our 30s looking for a permanent property to rent. We have no kids and no pets. Ideally any property available end of January but not exceeding £500pcm. We have deposit and rent. I wouldn't be able to view the property. I would only be able to pay and sign tenancy agreement on my visit. I don't really fancy the hassle travelling back and forth to view without 100% receiving an agreement.
