Customer Service Coordinator (Part-Time and Term Time Only) 30 hours per week
Hybrid - Monday to Friday (based in the office every Wednesday, rest of the week working from home)
Our client helps improve the mental health of children and young people in schools. They do this by providing training for adults working with children, including DfE-accredited training and resources, as well as access to an award-winning profiling, action-planning and progress monitoring tool. This approach can help improve pupil attendance, behaviour and attainment, saving schools, academy trusts and local authorities time and money.
The position - Customer Service Coordinator
The responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is to support the business by:
* Ensure calls and emails are answered within our service level agreement
* Scheduling courses throughout the academic year
* Schedule trainers to deliver courses
* Manage our Zoom account to ensure courses are delivered without interruption
* Update business critical reports
* Complete additional administrative duties

Skills, knowledge and experience:
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Be able to manage your time effectively
* Have previous Customer Service experience
* Previous experience using a CRM/LMS system, or similar database
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Excel, having strong analytical skills and an ability to think proactively
* Be able to work well individually and within a team
* Demonstrate commercial awareness
Desirable:
* Experience in a training or education environment
Package - Customer Service Coordinator
* Salary between £16,000 to £18,000 (based on a 30 hour week)
* Hybrid working Wednesday working from the office
* Holiday entitlement of 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (36 inclusive), pro rata
* Discretionary annual pay review
* Discretionary annual bonus
Employment offer will be subject to the satisfactory outcome of a check by the DBS
