Due to continued expansion, this independent planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work as part of their established Essex based Planning team. The successful Graduate Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial and tourism sectors.

Skills & Experience Required:

MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline
Student membership with the RTPI
Some planning experience is highly advantageous
A full driving licence is requiredDuties:

Managing concurrently running projects
Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations
Submitting planning applications and appeals
Liaising with clients and local authorities
