Our 2-bed apartments all come with spacious luxury bathrooms, open plan living space with dining area, and quality modern kitchens. Our luxury bathrooms have large showers, illuminated mirrors and modern vanity units, with great storage. The open plan living space has a dining table and 2 chairs as well as comfy seating and storage. Our modern kitchens have a large standalone fridge freezer, combo oven/microwave and a dual ring electric hob. There is also large under stair storage in every 2-bed Apartment.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and maintain the original beams throughout, creating a traditional but modern feel. All bedrooms have desk and chair with optical fibre 5G connection provided above each desk space (Wi-Fi & Ethernet), small double or double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The safety and well-being of the students is of upmost importance; therefore each unit is fitted with an intercom system. CCTV has been fitted throughout internal corridors and the external space, alongside a secure access system for entry into the building.
The laundry room has washing machines and tumble dryers and is completely free to use for our tenants.
Our wonderful, semi self-sufficient building has been developed using recycled materials, and provides its own source of green energy using solar panels. Outside there is a seating area, smoking shelter and planting beds which add a touch of green to the accommodation.
