My client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Account Manager to join a fast paced team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient operational processes. Your dedication to meeting SLAs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive outcomes for clients will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager:

Collaborate closely with team members to deliver industry-leading customer service and achieve operational objectives.
Take ownership of customer accounts and manage end-to-end processes, focusing on building meaningful relationships with key client contacts.
Make decisions based on customer priorities and internal business goals, adhering to established handbooks, rulesets, and company policies.
Ensuring KPI's and SLA's are achieved.
Identify opportunities for updates and improvements to client handbooks, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our scope of work.Requirements of a Customer Account Manager:

Proven experience in customer service or account management roles ideally within fleet management or worked with fleets of vehicles (but this is not essential)
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on first-time-fix issue resolution.
Superb interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to data accuracy and quality.
