A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join growing team, with excellent earning potential. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for targeting, building, and nurturing relationships with accountancy practices throughout the country. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and ensuring we maintain our reputation as a leading HR service provider.

Key Requirements of the Business Development Manager:
* Identify, research, and target potential accountancy practices that would benefit from our HR services.
* Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accountancy practices.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the accountancy sector.
* Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our HR services.
* Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in the accountancy sector and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in strategies and to leverage any new offerings or promotional activities.
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* A bachelor's degree in, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, preferably within the B2B sector.
* A strong track record in sales with demonstrable results.
* Previous experience in building relationships with accountancy practices will be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Resilient with the ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm.
* Candidates must be able to provide professional references attesting to their sales and business development capabilities.
