Main Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead repair and maintenance of assembly and press tooling equipment.
* Lead planned maintenance activities and technical improvements.
* Diagnose and repair equipment for maximum machine availability.
* Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve reliability.
* Lead geometry improvement activities with technical expertise.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and QMS requirements.
* Support intervention processes and escalation procedures.
* Comply with legal and safety regulations, including PUWER and lifting.
* Support procurement and management of spare parts and tools.
* Document RPO and MTTR data using electronic reporting.
* Assist in developing Engineering apprentices.
* Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in work areas.

Essential Requirements
* Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making
* ONC or equivalent level qualification
* Industrial manufacturing or automotive relevant engineering experience.
