I am looking for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to work for a Development business based in Hertfordshire.

They are starting a project which is a part new build and part refurbishment of a 1920s historic building which they are converting into flats and also have planning for a further 94 units in the grounds of the existing building.

Experience Required:

You should be able to show clear knowledge of underpinning, steelworks, fit out and general aspects of cut & carve.

You will already have a track record that shows you are capable of producing quality results on time and within budget.

Able to deal with clients.

You will be a positive character with a desire to succeed and achieve positive results and repeat business.

Have a proven with structural alteration experience.

You should show an acute commercial awareness.

Suitable candidates should also hold, CSCS Card (Management ), SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection, and any other relevant certificates.

On offer is a basic salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus and 25 days annual leave
