We are recruiting for Customer Service/Helpdesk Advisor's to join a busy inbound team. The roles are due to start 20/11/23 with full training and support provided. We are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments.
Full time roles, working 5 out of 7 days. Opening hours between 8am - 18:15pm Monday-Saturday | 10am - 18:00pm on Sundays.
Duties required:
* Answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates
* Taking payments over the phone
* Help customers set up direct debits over the phone
* Carrying out required DPA
* Dealing with a wide range of customers, complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges
* Liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
