Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software ([Specify software]).
* Record and categorize financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable:
* Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Budgeting and Reporting:
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Provide regular financial reports to the management team.
Administrative Support:
* Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
* Help maintain a clean and organized office space.
Vendor and Client Relations:
* Interact with vendors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Resolve financial inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a related role.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
