My client is a leading global courier and logitics company, who are curremtly seeking a capable Operations Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for Support Operations, including the customer service function and some overlap with warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervisor: Involves providing day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees, or contractors. Responsible for day-to-day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies. This may include day-to-day performance monitoring/management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors, contract management, under the supervision of relevant management.

The job is based in Camberley. 08.30hrs 17.30hrs Monday to Friday. Supervisor of 5 customer services and warehouse operatives. Salary starts at £28,000 rising to £29,681 after the probation period.
