My client is looking for an experienced Bids and Tenders Specialist to join their Marketing & Business Development Department at their gorgeous office in Walton Summit.
This role entails supporting the growth and retention of their client base, as well as additional support regarding successful production, project management, and submission of bids and tenders.
Your day-to-day activities will be the following:
* Identifying and researching of targets and bid opportunities on tender portals, or from direct alerts to drive continuous growth
* Organising and leading bid/no bid meetings to agree to tendering opportunities
* Setting up and leading tender kickstart meetings, and completing project management plans
* Completing bid proformas, writing tender responses, presentations, and project managing submissions to ensure the firm submits high quality responses in a timely manner
* Supporting the mobilisation of new clients after successful tender outcomes to ensure maximising contracts
* Obtaining feedback, looking for trends and improvements following tender submissions to ensure the firm is continuously improving their processes, and maintaining high success rates
* Improving the data contained in, and functionality of the bids database, ensuring efficient processes.

The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and/or knowledge:
* Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Demonstrable postgraduate bids and tender experience preferably in a professional services environment
* Demonstrate a passion for writing and project management
* Evidence of organisational skills and able to deliver to competing customer deadlines
* Evidence of effective communication skills in a variety of methods to a range of stakeholders and audiences
* Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Aligns with the Firms values
