Due to exceptional upcoming demand, Hunts Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Teacher!

Job Type: Full-time (Part-Time can be considered)

Salary: £38,000- £43,000 per annum - depending on experience
*
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Highly preferred)
*
Location: Southampton
The successful candidate will ideally be / have:
*
Bachelors degree - preferred
*
Experience of teaching in mainstream secondary or SEN secondary/all through schools
*
QTS (required), Teachers completing ECT will be considered
*
Have a passion for working with children and young people.
*
Have worked within an SEN setting
*
Have a secure understanding of safeguarding children and equality.
*
Being able to demonstrate a capacity or eagerness to instruct PSHE would be beneficial.

About the school:
The school is a mixed 7-16, local authority funded, SEN day school for children, most of whom have high functioning ASD.
Every pupil is valued and treated as an individual and with respect. The team has extensive experience and expertise in special education and therapeutic support for pupils whose needs can no longer be met in a mainstream provision.
