Desktop/IT Support Analyst/Engineer x 2 - Leeds - Hybrid - Progression - New!

Salary: £34,000 + Good package

A leading organization in the renewable energy sector requires a number of Desktop/IT Support Analysts/Engineers to join its fantastic growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

* The ability to provide remote Desktop Support

* Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line support

* A strong understanding and capability around Home Networks.

* The ability to resolve a range of IT issues across a range of technology (detailed below)

* A good understanding of Microsoft operating systems and other software applications such as Microsoft Office, Office365, SharePoint etc.

* Ability to install IT equipment and swap out components and able to diagnose.

* Excellent communication skills all mediums/all levels

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
