Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects in the field of gas handling? Join our dynamic team in Dorset and be a key player in shaping the future of our specialized gas handling projects. As a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage all aspects of construction projects related to gas handling, from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Provide guidance to subcontractors and ensure seamless coordination between various project stakeholders.

3. Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards on-site, conducting regular safety briefings, and implementing proactive measures to prevent accidents. Ensure that all team members comply with health and safety regulations.

4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of projects to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.

5. Budget and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any delays promptly.

6. Communication: Establish clear lines of communication between project teams, clients, and management. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably in gas handling or related industries.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
