We are delighted to be working with this company situated in Peterborough. They are recruiting for a Development Analyst to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Understanding business requirements and expectations to ensure that solutions are adopted

* Delivering demonstrations and training sessions

* Providing feedback through the development phase to developer and end user

* Document testing of solutions during development

* Assisting with end user testing

* Assisting technical support team with calls referred via helpdesk

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in similar role

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Experience working with a range of stakeholders

* Experience with SQL (desirable)

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to pick up new skills and technologies quickly
