Our client, a growing independent planning consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their central Manchester based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients, delivering expert planning advice on a mix of residential, commercial, education and retail developments.

Experience:

Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
