Role: Senior Planner

Location: Saint Ives

Salary: £40,000

We are proud to be representing an intendant consultancy that is filled with professional Town Planning consultants that are dedicated to the pursuit and the development and land-use solutions.

Due to a healthy workload are looking for a Senior Planner to join the team in the Saint Ives office to lead the junior employee's and hit the ground running with the project work that they have going on now.

Essential Criteria for a Senior Planner:

MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.
Exposure of 3-5 years in the Private sector.
Have practical knowledge of property.
Strong numerical and report writing skills.Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior Planner:

Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
Preparation of fee proposals and management of project budgets.
Deliver a high-quality service to clients.
Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients and Local Planning Authorities.
Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.Company Benefits:
