Mechanical Inspector / Supervisor Immediate Start Ellesmere Port Overtime Available & Paid- Expenses (travel & subsistence paid, subject to T&Cs).

4 Day Working Week

NRL are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Inspector / Supervisor to work on behalf of one of our leading clients in the Engineering Sector based at Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Key skills:

Providing a wide range of mechanical inspection services, overseeing inspection and verification of a range of suppliers & vendors.

Must have experience of reading engineering drawings.

Working safely, in accordance with risk assessments, method statements and permit to work systems.

A strong commitment to safety is a must.

Ability to identify, assess and address potential safety hazards associated with the work

Ability to work both alone and as part of a wider team

Requirements:

HNC/ONC in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Time-served apprenticeship (NVQ or City & Guilds) or equivalent experience.

Experience of all duties associated with mechanical inspection & supervision is essential, and applicants must have excellent practical skills and experience.

Competence in reading & interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
