Contracts Manager required in Essex

GVR Solutions are currently representing an accomplished business, based in Essex, who are in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company have grown over the past years into becoming a well-established main contractor within the industry.

With a turnover of around £20m, as a business they undertake both new build and refurbishment projects within the Education, Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure and Retail sectors with projects values ranging anywhere from £100K - £10m across Essex and East Anglia.

Responsibilities and duties of the Contracts Manager:

* You will be office based with Site Visits to their projects

* Actively assist the pre-construction team in the design and tendering phases of the project

* Must have experience using Microsoft project.

* Regular site visits to meet with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors and suppliers.

* The Contracts Managers do all their own programming for the projects

* Reporting to Directors

* Progress meetings and reviews with Site and Senior Site Managers
