CV Screen is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant who will focus on the service delivery aspect of recruitment. No cold calling will be required as we generate both inbound and repeat business that will enable you to work on live vacancies from day one.
We are open to candidates without recruitment experience looking for a career change. We have members of our team who were working as Pub Managers, Golf Professionals and Fraud Analysts before joining. So, you may be a Teacher looking to leave the profession or an Estate Agent fed up with working weekends were open to hearing your story and why youll succeed in recruitment.
SALARY
We are looking at a basic salary of up to £25,000, with a fantastic commission scheme providing an excellent opportunity to earn more than £35,000 in Year 1. The experienced Recruiters within the business earn more than £60,000, and excellent prospects exist for the successful candidate.
WHERE IS THE ROLE BASED?
Our office is in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire and our preference is for candidates to be office based 5 days a week, that said, we do have some team members working on a hybrid basis, with an average of 3 days per week based in the office, so we are open to hear your requirements.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?
We are open to candidates with recruitment experience or those actively looking for a career change within the sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
YOUR DUTIES
- Interviewing candidates.
- Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and CV Databases.
- Writing adverts
- Updating company database.
SALARY
- Basic Salary to £25,000, realistic OTE £35,000 in Year 1
- Rising to £45,000 in Year 2 and earnings of £60,000+ are achievable by Years 3+ as your amount of repeat business increases).
- Pension, 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working, and free on-site parking.
- Hours 37 hours per week (flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work part-time)
LOCATION
Amersham | Buckinghamshire (3 days per week minimum in the office)
Commute from High Wycombe / Rickmansworth / Chesham / Watford / Beaconsfield
