Account Manager - Property Maintenance & Facilities Management
Location: Halifax, UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £6k Car Allowance + Pension + Mileage + Annual Bonus
Are you an experienced Customer Account Manager with a proven track record in the Property Maintenance and Facilities Management industry? Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the Property Maintenance and Facilities Management industry.
* Identify and understand client needs, ensuring that the company's services meet or exceed expectations.
* Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure service delivery, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, retention, and profitability.
* Regularly visit clients and customers, as this is a vital part of the role.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
* Prepare and deliver reports on customer account performance.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within the Property Maintenance and Facilities Management industry.
* Strong understanding of Property Maintenance and Facilities Management services.
* Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to see clients and customers.
