This exciting venture stems from a new product launch, necessitating the creation of the National Sales Manager role to spearhead the growth of the business's kitchen arm.
Fantastic premium products, materials, technology, and design are on point; this opportunity to work for a global business setting up a NEW arm of the business does not come along every day. We are looking for someone commercially savvy with previous expertise within the kitchen category, sinks, taps, worksurfaces etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for sales channels, distribution, and national retailers in the Kitchen industry. Drive growth and build a dynamic team to achieve business objectives. This will be initially a stand-alone role, first and foremost, its about getting the volume levels out. Establish and nurture relationships with key players, including Wren, Howdens, Magnet, Kitchen Depot, Homebase, Wilks , etc. Once the volume is up, then its building the team that can focus on account management and the independent retailers Nationally.
As the National Sales Manager you will develop the who kitchen arm of the business, grow the teams and progress and develop within the Group.
Experience:
Proven track record in the Kitchen industry, demonstrating confidence in growing sales channels is essential.
Familiarity with leading players in the market, National Retailers and Distributors Entrepreneurial flair, driven and ambitious
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
Interviews: 1st stage of meetings will be from 4th March, with the final face-to-face meeting at the London office.
Location: National
Package: Negotiable based on experience. Circa £55,000 - £65,000 base, + uncapped bonus. Year 1 bonus £25,000 + Exec EV, package totalling 85-90k plus
