People Force are supporting a market leading organisation with their search for a Junior Engineer in the Slough region.

This position ensures that you will be equipped with the latest technology skills, immersing you in the dynamic realm of IP and structured cabling. You'll play a pivotal role in all phases of designing, installing, and commissioning cutting-edge electronic security technology!

You'll become a part of a team, starting as a trainee or junior, responsible for installing and maintaining the company's product lineup. Initially, you'll work under supervision, accompanied by a senior member. Once you gain experience, you'll integrate into an established team. Our forward-planning process will outline the required training and career milestones for the advancement of your skills.

Responsibilities

You will assume full accountability for the engineering and lifecycle management of the Company's clientele within your designated geographic area, while adhering to the 90-minute rule from your home base. This position is characterized by its autonomy, granting you complete control and responsibility for the daily planning, technical proficiency, operational well-being, and lifecycle management of our clients in your area.

Your profile

* Hard working and a naturally intuitive approach

* Good current working knowledge on PC and Media Devices

* Driving license

* A proficient understanding of PC/IP and digital technology

* Excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills.

* Good organisational and time-keeping skills

* Thirst for knowledge and career progression leading to qualifications in electronics
