Our client has been supporting brokers with their General Insurance businesses for over 25 years .Launched in 1993 our client has been committed to providing first class service and expert knowledge about the insurance industry .Due to growth and launching new products in the market they are looking for Telephone Business Development Manager to join their team

The role

Driving new Business activity through a group of existing financial advisers as well as targeting new clients and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake telephoned based sales campaigns dovetailing with the company's marketing activities
Hit and exceed set targets for outbound and inbound telephone sales and account engagement calls
Promote company's products and services an exceed set targets on quality and quantity
Utilise internal CRM system to record ,plan activity on existing or target accounts Skills needed

Experience in working in a telephone -based sales role achieving /exceeding set targets
Account management /Relationship Building activity
Self Motivated
Skills as an influencer
Results orientated
Knowledge of the Finance advice ,intermediary,broker and/or general insurance markets or related experience inclusing banking ,or mortgage lending would be helpful Benefits

Bonus scheme up to 15% of salary ( paid quarterly)
