An established and growing engineering business in Redditch is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities:
This role offers an exciting and fulfilling career path with abundant prospects for personal and professional growth. As a Senior Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Design and develop engineering solutions based on the clients requirements.

* Use standard methodologies and develop new out of the box ideas.

* Operate AutoCAD 2D and MS Office to a basic standard.

* Develop and complete full comprehensive solutions including technical drawings, calculations, risk assessments & method statements.

* Ensure commercial efficiency is maximised throughout all projects.

* Ensure within your designs, safety is considered throughout and remains the highest priority.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an experienced and self motivated individual with the following attributes:

* Ability to contribute to a team working environment forming discussions and sharing ideas and concepts.

* Be passionate about the companys core values and mission; Promote the company when attending clients sites.

* Personal interest in engineering and comfortable in a fast paced project environment.

* Ability to work well under pressure, in a positive and calm manner.

* Good organisational skills; able to plan own workload and prioritise tasks, notifying of any delays or changes upfront.

* Be able to communicate effectively at all levels and provide clear direction when discussing ideas and concepts with site teams and clients.

* Degree qualified in civil, structural or related field of engineering.
