A leading organization in the Sheffield area requires a number Product/Application Support Analysts of to join its growing team.
Opportunities to travel Europe and Worldwide to support customers and to grow and progress in this space.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* Application Support or Laboratory experience essential
* SQL skills advantageous
* Good communication skills (written, phone and in person)
* Ability to work well as part of a team and within an ISO 9001 Quality environment
* Experience with Hardware and Software support
* Ability to manage own workload and prioritise calls
