Job Opportunity: Contract Manager - Roofing

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Our client, a well-established roofing company, is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee projects in the Warwick and Leamington Spa region. Responsibilities:

* Project Oversight: Manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

* Client Relations: Liaise with councils and housing associations to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service.

* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, including roofers and surveyors.

* Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for project commencement.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

* Surveying: Utilize your expertise to assess project sites and provide accurate measurements.

* Quoting: Prepare and review project quotes, balancing cost-effectiveness and quality.

Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in roofing or construction is essential.

* SMSTS and Health & Safety: Possess relevant certifications (SMSTS) and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

* Team Leadership: Ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.

* Surveying Skills: Familiarity with surveying techniques and accurate measurements.

* Excellent Communication: Clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

* Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.

* Quoting Experience: Comfortable handling multiple quotes daily.
