Komplex care are recruiting for a highly professional Rapid Response Care Assistants to join the existing team delivering both safe and effective care to service users in their own homes.

You will be required to work day or night shifts with our clients providing short term cover for sickness or holidays.

A full driving licence with access to own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel up to 100 miles in length.

Working hours will be to suit the needs of the business and may vary when required. Shift patterns available are:

5 days per week on a rota basis - All shifts will include weekends, with one weekend off guaranteed each month.

When on call you could be expected to be available day and night and travel up to 100 miles, we will when possible try to keep you closer to your home address.

Skills & experience:

Previous experience in care, preferably complex care.
Ability to work independently and flexibly to meet both the needs of the business and Clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Commitment to deliver a high standard of care
