Stores Person

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join a leading manufacturing company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Stores Person:
- Working closely with the procurement and logistics to monitor stock
- Packing finished goods safely and securely ready for dispatch
- Receiving all deliveries, ensuring all items have been received correctly
- Updating system
- Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and any discrepancies
- Keeping detailed records of shortages and spare stock

Requirments:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift heavy items and move items around the warehouse
- IT Literate, confident with Excel and word
- Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous

The Role:
- Monday - Friday
- 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 14:00 on Fridays
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime available
