Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.

* Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing.

* Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.

* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.

* Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) in the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.

* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
