Van Roadside Assistance Technician: Salary: £29k basic £41k OTE
Our client is starting a new venture and the shifts/hour are likely to change as the venture matures.
You will have the ability to quickly diagnose issues with customer's Light Commercial Vehicles and assess the right plan of action to get them back on the road.
You will be liaising with the workshop controller and customer assistance controller.
Keep an accurate written record of actions taken or needed.
Liaise where repairs aren't able to be completed to have the customer vehicle picked up for repair.
Upmost is having a friendly disposition giving a great customer service at all times.
This will be 45-48 hours per week and you must be available for day and nights shift work and weekends.
