Customer Account Manager

£22-£25K DOE

My client is experiencing growth and is currently seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their sales and technical team in Huntingdon.
As an integral part of the team, the role involves managing the accounts of new and pre-existing customers, addressing their needs, offering advice, and finding solutions.
You will be responsible for proactive customer account management, handling customer inquiries efficiently over the phone, processing online and phone orders and payments, creating customer accounts, producing and following up on customer quotations, researching potential customer leads to convert to new clients and sales, as well as performing general sales administration duties.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working in a team, have excellent communication skills, be passionate about supporting and building lasting professional relationships with customers, and be comfortable working with in-house computer systems. You will receive full training and onboarding support from day one.
