A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client's HR department, located in Huntingdon. This role also involves supporting other centres across the region, after your induction and onboarding.

As an essential part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Providing advice and guidance to departmental and Line Managers on employment matters.
Providing guidance and support on HR-related issues such as recruitment, annual leave, absence management, and payroll queries.
Supporting HR meetings and documenting minutes.
Assisting with grievances and disciplinary actions.
Creating and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records in line with HR, employment, and business standards.
Building relationships between HR and other departments.
The People Advisor role is varied, and thus requires an adaptable and flexible approach to ensure the HR department's needs are met. A candidate with relevant experience and CIPD qualified would be desirable, but transferable skills or working towards CIPD would also be considered, if presented confidently in your application. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license is required as you will be traveling to other centres.
