Job Description:

As a Supply Teacher with Now Education, you'll have the chance to inspire and support students across various schools in your local area. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

This role requires flexibility, as you will be working across various year groups and key stages, as well as covering classes at short notice.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Adaptability to different school settings, procedures and polices

* Passion for education and student development at all levels

* Commitment to our compliance and safeguarding expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Managing behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere

* Providing feedback and support to students as needed

* Following school policies and procedures
