Smart Solutions are working for a global manufacturer, providing full service to household brand names and private label customers world-wide, who are seeking an experienced Sales & Export Coordinator to manage the day to day activities of the Sales Order Processing function for export customers. To represent the customer through the accurate exchange of information between sales and the operations functions. Ensure that delivery documentation is accurate, complete and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping partners to ensure that customer delivery commitments are met.

Duties of the Sales & Export Coordinator include:

Enter all customer orders into Dynamics 365 ERP System (training provided) and ensure that order confirmations and invoices are actioned in a timely manner.

*

Create new customer accounts, pricing, label configuration, customer profiles in the system and sales invoices.

*

Frequently review the outstanding customer order report to ensure that orders are shipped on time in full.

*

Provide prompt and effective communications to all customers.

*

Create and review customer sales reports.

Requirements of the Sales & Export Coordinator:

*

Must have similar previous experience working in a sales office role.

*

Excellent telephone manner as frequent calls from overseas.

*

Organisational skills to be able to liaise with production, customers and hauliers/shipping and freight forwarders.

*

The ability to learn and apply new skills and knowledge
