Site Agent (Nights)

£300 - £400 Per Shift + Van & Various benefits

We are seeking experienced Highway Site Agents to work for our client and support the growth of their team. As a Site Agent you will be responsible for overseeing highways, groundworks, civils, surfacing and road recycling projects covering a range of sites in Sussex or Southampton. This role is a fanstatic opportunity to progress into Project Management.

Responsibilities of a Site Agent
Delivery of highways schemes
Manage and complete preparations of RAMS and other project documents.
Create and manage programs to ensure effective completion of contract works.
Control and monitor forecast costs.
Complete & monitor resource programs, programme of works, site diaries, and site reports.
Complete HSE compliance requirements, ensuring processes and procedures are in place. correct permits and licences are in place.
Supervising and overseeing projects.
Liaising with the clients, Local authorities, management, and engineers.
Work on NEC Contracts.
Surfacing Works
Will include mainly Working nights.
Skills and Qualifications
CSCS Black Card/CSCS Gold Card
SMSTS
Supervisor NRSWA
Highways experience
Site Agent experience
HNC/HND in civil engineering or similar.
Practical understanding of NEC contracts
Full UK Driving Licence.
Surfacing Experience
