This leading developer have an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a commercial Data Centre scheme in Reading on a temp to perm contract.

Our client is working on a £5- £10 mill Data Centre scheme within Reading and they need a capable Surveyor, assisting the project with a team of surveyors currently working on the project reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial or residential sector, for either tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
