Job Advert: Room Leader - Preston

Salary: £10.40 - £11.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care. Your main duties will include:

Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
Supervising and mentoring a team of nursery staff.
Building strong relationships with parents and providing regular updates on children's progress.
Ensuring that the nursery meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusivity.Qualifications and Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations and best practices.
Enhanced DBS check.Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, with the exact hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.

Salary:

£10.40 - £11.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits:
