Control Systems Engineer required for a global OEM in Warwick to work on exciting ADAS projects on a contract basis.

Job Title: Control Systems Engineer (ADAS)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
IR35: Inside
Location: Warwick - 3 days on-site

Your main responsibility will be the integration, development and testing of ADAS/AD systems.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

* Working knowledge of ADAS and AD systems and functions
* Experience with automotive control systems
* Experience with the Mathworks toolchain (e.g. Matlab, Simulink, Embedded Coder,...)
* Working knowledge of automotive SW languages (e.g. Python/C++/Embedded C)
* Software verification and validation
* Vehicle Network Protocols (CAN) and Vector CAN tools
* Experience with MiL, SiL and HiL testing techniques for unit and system test
* Familiar with vehicle diagnostic tools, ASIL, and relevant industry standards
* Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* Working knowledge of Requirements capture tools (eg. Polarion/Doors)
* Degree educated in relevant Engineering discipline (e.g. Computing/Electronics/IT)
