Operations Administrator
Annek Services Limited provides a range of both domestic and commercial services including Gas, Plumbing, Heating & Fire Dampers.
We are currently looking to expand our back-office team and have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Administrator.
The Operations Administrator will support the Projects Manager by dealing with enquiries from clients, time planning, providing back-office support to the Field Engineers and general office administrative duties.
The Operations Administraor role will form a key part of the organisations day to day operation.
Operations Administrator Key responsibilities:
* Deal with Client email and telephone enquiries.
* Produce quotations.
* Order parts/materials.
* Liaison with Field Engineers.
* Schedule jobs to Engineers.
* Monitor engineer job reports.
* Produce job reports for clients.
* Raise Invoices.
* General office duties.
Candidate requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Sheets
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to multitask
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Aptitude for learning new systems (we currently use Joblogic)
