SF are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst to join a fast growing business in Bilsthorpe. This role is for someone who is keen to learn and progress as this role will progress into a Finance Business Partner.

Salary up to £37,000

Job Purpose:

Develop the companies Financial Analysis activity and reporting. Working to deliver accurate financial information and to assist with key decisions vital to achieving the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Job Duties:

Work alongside key stakeholders to understand business reporting needs and requirements with the aim to define, develop and produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and management reports.

Take responsibility for the improvement and maintenance of financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information.

Working with large data sets, analysing, interpreting & drawing conclusions to support business critical decisions.

Provide technical and analytical support on systems data, processes, budgeting, and forecasting. Striving for continuous business process improvement and efficiencies.

Providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations through comprehensive stakeholder reports, using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.

Assisting with the development and improvement of the monthly budget holder forecasting process.

Management of month-end journal process for the business partnering function, along with answering ad hoc queries, and producing key reports for budget holders.
