The company specialise in manufacturing quality food products for many of the UK's retailers, food service and B2B customers.

To continue to build upon their sustainability vision they seek to recruit a hardworking, positive, and enquiring individual who will challenge the norm to continually improve.

Were currently recruiting for an experienced Packaging Technologist.

The Role

Reporting to the Brand Development Manager you will create a fast moving and adaptable process for all new projects across the business. Taking the product and packaging from approved kitchen concepts to launch review. You will conduct trails to test effectiveness of the material, as well as conducting travel/transit trails. Writing and approving packaging artwork briefs, you will work with the factory, technical and brand development team to approve artwork and packaging specifications.

The person

We seek to recruit a personable, flexible, resilient, and hard working food sector professional with experience in a product technical role within a factory environment.

You will understand how factories flow and work, you will enjoy being on the factory floor engaging with all levels of the business, you will have experience of process development technology, excellent communication, project management, organisational and presentation skills.
