Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator, to join the team of one of our nationally recognised clients in Armthorpe, Doncaster!
Your role as an Administrator will be based around pre-briefing and de-briefing drivers for their shifts and other duties will include:
Checking paperwork is completed fully and accurately
Ensuring keys have been handed back in
Monitoring breaks on Tachomaster
Ensuring Driver Cards have been downloaded
Liaising with helpdesk and drivers to smooth out any issues
Ensuring compliance for service schedules and upcoming bookings
Other duties may also be set out by your line manager, however full training will be provided.
Successful Candidates:
Previous Administration experience is essential
Must be hard-working, reliable and enthusiastic
Experience within a Customer Service role
Although it is not essential, previous Transport experience would be desirable.
Working Hours and Salary:
You will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off basis, 5am until 5pm. There may also be the occasion where you are asked to work a night shift to cover sickness/holidays, which will be 5pm until 5am.
This assignment is being offered on a 6-month fixed term basis, to cover for Maternity however this may well be extended if necessary.
The salary is £24,874.50 with an increase due in April 2024.
